this message has all the trappings of a hoax:

+ It uses lots of emotionally charged language.
+ It gives few specifics.
+ It is essentially impossible to verify: it does not give contact
  information for the original author, names of victims, perpetrators,
  or investigating bodies. There is no URL for further information.
+ It has no date.
+ It implores the readers to pass it on to everybody they know.

Hoaxes are a form of computer virus: they use unsuspecting readers to
